Chocolate Banana Protein Bars

Ingredients

300 Grams Banana

1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened

3 Large Egg Whites

4 Ounces Non-fat Milk

200g 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal

1/3 cup Artificial Sweetener (or Brown Sugar)

1 Tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened

60 Grams Chocolate-flavored Whey

Directions

Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Pour into non-stick cake pan.

Bake at 300F for 25 minutes or until firm.

Allow to cool.

Cut into 8 small bars.
