Ground Turkey and Vegetable Omelet

Ingredients

2 Small Onions, Raw

3 Ounces Ground Turkey Meat
1½ Cup Canned Kidney Beans

1 Cup Chopped Green Bell Peppers

1 Cup Chopped Red Bell Peppers

1 Cup Mushrooms

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

3 Cloves Garlic

Ground Black Pepper to taste

1 Tsp Ground Turmeric

1 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce

1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

In a skillet, cook turkey, vegetables, and spices (except turmeric) in 1 Tsp olive oil.

In a bowl, whip eggs and turmeric.

In a second pan, heat 1 Tsp olive oil, pour ¼ egg mixture and cook until omelet is formed.

Make 4 omelets.

Put 1 omelet on breakfast plate, garnish with turkey mixture and cover with second omelet.

Repeat to make a second sandwich.

Serve hot.
